District Executive Director of Msalala District Council is announcing to the community of Msalala that starting from 21/03/2017, The Birth Certificate for children under five years old will be issued at the Ward offices as well as at the Health Centres in all wards. There is no any fee to pay for such activity. All parents with children under five years old use this opportunity to get the Birth certificate of your child.
